App freezes on Android

IF PAX keeps freezing on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone. The app turns white after I tried to go back after receiving no connection. Can anyone please suggest help?

Thanks for contacting support! Just to clarify have you tried some of the basic first steps which include:

  • Restarting your device.

  • Re-installing IFPAX

  • Force closing the app and background apps.

Yes I tried the above. It work a few times after reinstalling then the freeze happens again. I’m not having a freezing app which I have to install everytime so please fix.

Yeah we understand that. We have had another user with a similar issue, so we will check to see if it is wide spread.
