Can’t get my sub back after installing the app again. Left on loading data on restore iOS device

We are aware of users who have been experiencing similar issues. We have sent a hotfix to Apple who should hopefully approve the fix today at some point.
If for any reason it doesn’t get approved today, please submit a ticket at ifpax.freshdesk.com for an equivalent free subscription until the fix is pushed. Although, we hope it is approved today!
