Still receiving error message for flying too fast below 10,000. I updated app and was well above 11,000 when I still continue to get the below 10,000 over speed message.
Theres an option that says: “Flying in a high elevation area?” Make sure you tick that option, other wise you will get the violation.
Can you report back if that works?
I have it check as on, do I need it to be off?
If you are in a high altitude it needs to be on.
If you are in a normal area, it can be off.
Was it an overspeed warning or a Landing lights warning? I just need you to confirm for me…
Overspeed message was poppong up
Ok, you had the “High altitude airport” thing on during that flight? Or did you just now turn it on?
It was already on when I started my flight
Can you tell me what device you have, and if you have any jailbreak or anything similar.
No jailbreaks, using samsung galaxy tab A
What was the ground altitude above sea level during your flight and what was your AGL and ASL attitude please.
He said he had the high altitude airport option on.
I used a Samsung tab A, it must be AGL and MSL
If you want to avoid the violation set your altitude to MSL and monitor your altimeter as usual.
