Hi. just switched to an new iPhone from my old android phone, just wondering why I don’t have any active subscription which was still active in my android,
I believe the subscription is tied to your Google account, meaning it can’t be transferred to your Apple account.
In this case, given your switch to iOS, please make a ticket at ifpax.freshdesk.com and we should be able to look into your case. If it’s genuine and you do still have an active subscription then we should be able to compensate you back. This is handled on a case by case basis.
Thanks for the advice, but I just bought a new subscription as it was about to run out. Thanks anyway for the help.
No problem! But keep this in mind for the future. We don’t want you to loose out in your subscription :).
