Subscription purchased, no email received and wrong credentials?

Hi guys, I’m new and I just bought the annual pass. The problem is that I haven’t received any emails from IFPAX yet and consequently I can’t access the airline mode/cargo mode. Why? I kept the same registration email and I don’t even miss the access data.

The purchases are linked to your iTunes/Google account, meaning you shouldn’t have to pay again if already purchased a subscription. Have you used the same password and username?

Please try the following steps:

• Press ‘restore purchases’
• Uninstall and reinstall the app
• Restart the app a few times to see if the problem still exists
